One initiative that we stand behind is buying local and supporting local. All our produce is locally sourced to ensure the sustainability of our cottage industries such as the farmers that provide us with our fresh fruits and vegetables each week to Mr. Prince who supplies us with his farm raised fresh eggs. Thus, keeping local farms operational for future generations.
The other initiative is the utilization of biodegradable containers within our restaurants and avoiding the need for single use plastics. We believe we all have a role to play in protecting our environment and ensuring its balance. The elimination of these items will help reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in our oceans destroying ecosystems which we all depend on. It will also help in the reduction of our garbage that ends up in our gullies, causing extensive flooding and therefore damage to the environment when it rains.
